MY BUSINESS STORY

Since beginning my corporate administrative career in 2000, I have held various executive assistant (EA) positions before starting VPA Support in 2015. Within 6 months I had regular clients on my books and life was great.

I soon realised that being a virtual EA was next-level. I couldn’t sit around and wait for instructions but had to be proactive and predict the next move (so to speak). I understood my business, so I started applying this to my client’s businesses.

I looked to fix broken processes, I answered emails that didn’t need guidance, I found systems we could use both off and online, I found training/speaking opportunities my clients may like, I updated documents and templates (typo queen), provided a superior quality assurance (QA) level of support and I became their client experience champion by dealing with their clients like they were my own. I became valuable.

I love working with coaches and consultants as you spend so much time helping others to run their business, that I think you forget about yourself!

And you deserve some top-level EA love to keep you on track and accountable too.
